Huawei MateBook 13 : Review
Huawei after getting a good response from their phones, now they came with their new Laptop 'Matebook 13'. The name is similar to MacBook Air. Let's see what are the specification of this Huawei MateBook 13.

 The MateBook 13 is mainly battery life, which may be a dealbreaker for some if speed is your main priority, though, this laptop is worth a look.



Design

 When I see a this Huawei MateBook 13, it looks the same as MateBook X Pro and also looks like MacBook Air too. The weight of the laptop is 1.3kg and the dimensions of 11.3 x 8.3 x 0.6 inches thick, there is a 13.9-inch screen inside the frame. This MateBook 13 is lighter than the older version of Matebook X Pro (2018).

 MateBook 13v has a better screen-to-bezel ratio than MacBook Air (2018). The bezels are not thicker than MateBook X Pro, also at top, the bezels are much less as compared to the bottom.


Display

 This Huawei MateBook 13 comes with the 13-inch 2K screen, but in other variants, the display quality can go up to 4K also.
The screen comes with the resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels-display. The bazel in the laptop is very thin from all the sides and you can easily use it.


Ports

 Huawei MateBook 12 has a dual USB- Type C port - one for charging and others to connect another display at a time. MateBook 13 has one Thunderbolt 3 port and a traditional USB 3 port.

 Hidden inside there is a power button. There is also a fingerprint reader which can help your laptop of being secured. The fingerprint reader can also be used to secure the files in the system. There is also a place for CD Driver and an RJ 45  connector port.


Sound Quality

 The sound quality of this MateBook 13 is quite decent. The vocals are able to hear at best quality. The laptop also includes a new Dolby Atmos app comes pre-stocked, and my advice is to keep it enabled every time. The sound can easily listen while playing music and watching movies.


Battery

 Unfortunately, the Huawei MateBook 13 comes with the backup of 6 hrs and 15 min while using at a stretch. But the battery performance is been improved by MateBook X. While playing high fps games the battery will last up to 4 hrs and 30 mins, which is quite good while playing games.

Performance

 The Huawei MateBook 13 comes with a ton of high speed with 8th gen of Intel Core i7-8565U processor with 8GB RAM. The videos can be played on Youtube with 4K mode too. You can also expand the RAM up to 16GB and also add a new Graphics Card to it.
There is an SSD 512GB NVMe in MateBook 13 which can transfer files up to 4.7 GB of files in just 8 seconds. The fastest speed came from the internet is up to 636 MB for 5 seconds. As compared to other laptops, this MateBook 13 works smoothly every time I use.


Verdict

 The Huawei MateBook 13 carries on the torch that the MateBook X Pro ran with as the most value-packed flagship laptop around. Huawei has clearly watched the laptop space from the sidelines for years, and this laptop is their best laptop till now. In fact, I suggest if you are finding for the best laptop then this Huawei MateBook 13 is the best option for you.

Leaks and rumors are being out daily. Here are some of the leaks of the upcoming phones this year.

Huawei Mate X


Leaks and rumors been out of the Huawei Mate X. It is said that the phone is fully covered with a screen.

Mate X has also been a new foldable phone in the market. The phone will have a 6.6-inch screen with no front camera.  It is expected that the phone has an in-display fingerprint sensor. It is expected that the phone will have 8GB RAM  with 256GB internal storage.

HTC 2Q7A100

Another leak has been coming out of the new HTC 2Q7A100, as the specs of the phone are been out.

The phone comes in the varient of 6GGB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 octa-core chipset at 1.7GHz. As no information is been out, of this phone. The listing shows that the phone runs in the Andriod version 9 Pie operating system. As of now, no other information in specs been out.

Motorola Z4

The leaks and rumors are been out of the upcoming smartphone Motorola Z4. The phone has a 6.0-inch display with a Super AMOLED display.

There is a single rear camera at the back of 48MP with dual LED flash. There is also a fingerprint sensor at the back of the phone. There will be estimates that the phone will have a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor.

Let's see what the Motorola will introduce in this Moto Z4.

OnePlus 7 Pro

The leaks and rumors are coming that this year One Plus will introduce their new phone OnePlus 7 Pro. It is said that this varient of the phone comes with the 5G support. The phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 and a Qualcom X50 modem for 5G. The phone is said to be come in a triple rear camera slots- 48MP, 16MP, 8MP sensors. As of now, there is no information been out about the selfie camera. It is predicted that the phone will have a pop-up selfie camera.

Motorola Razr Foldable Phone

The new concept of design is been out about the Motorola Razr foldable phone. The concept of the phone seems to Motorola's new foldable phone.

This patent of Motorola is different from the new upcoming foldable phone of other companies. The phone can fold inwards as well as outwards. It seems to be common like  Huawei Mate X. As the phone has the dual rear camera with will also work for the front camera.

Samsung Galaxy A70

Samsung is one of the most trusted brands now. As the sales of the phones of Samsung is increasing day-by-day, they are bringing new phones in the market. Now, the company is bringing their model of Samsung A70 in this month.

The phone is coming with 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display, with a resolution of 1800x2400 pixels. The comes with the triple rear camera setup with LED flash and at the front, there is a 32MP camera for the best shot. The phone comes with a 4500 mAh battery which supports Fast Charging.

A70 comes in the varient of 6GB RAM with 128GB internal storage. The phones run with OctaCore Snapdragon 675 processor. Samsung is making phones in large quantities to satisfy their customers.

Lenovo Z5s

Lenovo is also coming to the mobile phone competition after a long time. Lenovo is bringing their new phone Lenovo Z5s in this month.

The phone will have a 6.4-inch IPS LCD display with a 1080x2340 pixel screen resolution. This Z5s will have a triple rear camera setup as follows: 16MP normal camera, 8MP wide-angle camera and a 5MP depth-sensing camera with a DUal-color LED flash.

Xiaomi Mi 8 Pro

Xiaomi had become a famous brand now. Mi 8 is the best selling smartphone of Xiaomi till now, so the company has decided to launch their new phone Mi 8 Pro. The phone comes with the 6.2-inch AMOLED display with a 1080x2248 pixel resolution.

The phone runs on OctaCore Snapdragon 845 processor. The main feature of the phone is that the phone has a dual rear camera of 12MP each, where one is used for clicking normal pictures and the other is used for depth sensing the photos.

The phone comes with a 3000 mAh with Quick Charging 1.0 option and there is USB Type-C port to charge and data transfer. Mi 8 Pro comes with the 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. There is also a fingerprint at the back. Let's see when Xiaomi will release this phone.

A lot of leaks and rumors have been come out of their new upcoming smartphone Nokia 9. But when Nokia itself give the picture of their phone so it clarifies the feature of the phone.

The phone will have a Penta Camera Setup as four 12MP cameras and one 5MP camera. And yes, it is the main feature of the phone. There will be 6-inches QHD  p-OLED display screen. The phone also has a 20MP front camera.

If we talk about the battery feature, so the phone has a 3320 mAh battery with a USB Type-C port which supports fast charging. The phone has Snapdragon 845 with a Gorilla Glass 6 protection and also supports wireless charging.

Huawei had launched the new phone in P series P30 & P30 Pro. Now in the month of April, they had launched their new phone in P series P30 Lite.

The phone is the smaller version of P30 Pro as there is a 6.15-inch LCD screen with 1080x2312 pixels resolutions. The phone has a triple rear camera of 24MP + 8MP + 2MP and a 32MP front camera. The phone comes with the processor of Octa Core HiSilicon Kirin and comes in the varient of 4GB RAM 64GB internal storage. The phone has fast charging support with USB Type-C port with it. Let's see when Huawei will release this P30 Lite.

Earlier in 2018 Huawei had launched the new phone in P series P20 & P20 Pro. Now in the month of March, they had launched their new phone in P series P30 &P30 Pro.

 The company had said that it is the new generation smartphone in the flagship area. The phone comes with the 6.5 inch AMOLED screen which is better than P20 Pro. The new feature in the phone is of the Quad Camera to get the best shot.

 P30 Pro is the first phone to  come with Quad Camera

Display

The display of the phone contains AMOLED for the HD view. It comes with a U drop notch at the upper middle of the phone. The size of the display is 6.5 inch which is much bigger than P20 Pro with a 2340 x 1080 resolution. The aspect of is 19:9:5 and colors a natural on the screen. 



Design

The phone looks like a premium quality because of its vibrant colors. It comes with the curved edges which makes it feel lighter. At the front, the phone looks huge and there are no bezels on the phone. 

At the back, it comes with different colors and at the top left, it comes with the Quad Camera and a flashlight, under that it comes with the HUAWEI branding. At the bottom of the phone, it comes with a Sim and memory card tray, with a secondary mic and a speaker grill. At the right edge, it comes with the power lock/unlock button with the volume button.



Camera

The camera is the main feature of the P30 Pro. As the company said it gives the DSLR like pictures.  It comes with the all-new Super Sensing 40-megapixel sensor with an f/1.6 aperture and 26mm focal length.  Instead of the typical RGB sensor (that’s red, green and blue), you’ll find in rival phones, the P30 Pro uses RYYB (red, yellow, yellow, blue).

Sitting with the main sensor camera are two further cameras the one is an ultra-wide, 20-megapixel f/2.2 that should be great for best shots and a very exciting 8-megapixel telephoto camera that's capable of 5x optical zoom, which can zoom up to 10x clear optical zoom. And longest goes up to 50x hybrid zooming. 

There is also an interesting feature in the front camera that it comes with the 32MP camera. The front camera shots are so clear that they can be clearly seen when in zoom of the selfies.

It comes with the best processor Huawei ever have. So the gaming on the phone becomes very smooth.



Conclusion

If you are considering Huawei P30 Pro to purchase, as it comes with the various color option and the huge battery life of 3650 mAh with a Super Fast Charger with the output of 40W.

But the main highlight of the phone is its Quad Camera. One is a normal 40MP, other two of 20 MP for Wide angle and optical zoom and the fourth camera is of 8 MP for depth sensing.
